GENERAL:

If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you will be deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if any.

If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date of becoming aware of this situation. Within 7 days, the total amount must be refunded to the Buyer.

IF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID:

If the Buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:

If, after the delivery of the product, it is determined that the credit card used for the payment was unfairly used by unauthorized persons, and the price of the sold product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost borne by the Buyer.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:

If force majeure occurs that the Seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be communicated to the Buyer. The Buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order; if the payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded to him in cash within 7 days from the cancellation. If the Buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels, the product price is refunded to the bank within 7 days from the cancellation; however, it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the Buyer’s account.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

The Buyer will inspect the goods/service subject to the contract before accepting delivery; damaged and defective goods/services such as crushed, broken, torn packaging, etc. will not be accepted from the cargo company. Goods/services received will be deemed undamaged and intact. After delivery, the Buyer must carefully protect the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned together with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by refusing the goods without any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product to him/her or to the person/organization at the address indicated, by notifying the Seller via the contact information below.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

If the Buyer purchased a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract was signed. In service contracts where the performance of the service begins with the consumer’s approval before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

The expenses arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the Buyer.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the Seller by registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the provisions of "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" regulated in this contract.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd party or the Buyer, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution. Returns of orders invoiced on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)

The return form, the box, packaging, and standard accessories of the products to be returned, if any, must be delivered complete and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

The Seller is obliged to refund the total amount and documents that place the Buyer under debt within 10 days at the latest from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notification, and to receive the goods back within 20 days.

If a decrease in the value of the goods occurs due to the Buyer’s fault or if the return becomes impossible, the Buyer is obliged to compensate the Seller’s damages proportionally to his fault. However, the Buyer is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to proper use of the goods/product during the withdrawal period.

If, due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the total amount of a campaign set by the Seller falls below the campaign limit, the discount amount benefited within the scope of the campaign will be canceled.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the Buyer defaults in cases where he made the payment by credit card, he accepts, declares, and undertakes that he will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the cardholder bank and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal remedies; it may demand expenses and attorney’s fees from the Buyer, and in any case, if the Buyer defaults due to his debt, the Buyer accepts that he will pay the Seller’s damages and losses arising from the delayed performance of the debt.
