CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

GENERAL:

By placing an order through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

Each product purchased is to be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers can terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered in compliance with the characteristics specified in the order, complete with documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual if available.

In the event that the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days from the time they become aware of this situation. Also, the total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 7 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

If the Buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS:

After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used for payment was unfairly used by unauthorized persons, and if the product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the SELLER at the expense of the BUYER within 3 days.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME FOR UNFORESEEN REASONS:

If force majeure circumstances that the Seller could not foresee occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be notified to the Buyer. The Buyer can request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order; if the payment was made in cash, this amount will be paid in cash to him/her within 7 days from the cancellation. If the Buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 7 days from the cancellation, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the Buyer's account.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods/services before receiving them; he/she will not accept goods/services that are damaged, such as dented, broken, torn packaging, etc. The goods/services received are deemed to be undamaged and intact. After delivery, the BUYER must carefully protect the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The BUYER can exercise the right to withdraw from the contract without assuming any legal and criminal liability and without providing any reason by notifying the SELLER through the following contact details within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to him/her or to the person/organization at the address indicated.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

For services, the 14-day period begins from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the performance of the service has begun with the consumer's consent before the end of the right of withdrawal period.

The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the BUYER.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to the SELLER by registered mail, fax, or email within the 14 (fourteen) day period, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the provisions of "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" regulated in this contract.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

Upon receipt of the withdrawal notification, the SELLER is obliged to refund the total amount and any documents that put the BUYER under debt within a maximum of 10 days and to take back the goods within 20 days.

If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a reason caused by the BUYER's fault, or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER proportionate to his/her fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or product during the right of withdrawal period.

If the campaign limit amount specified by the SELLER is not reached due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount benefited under the campaign is canceled.

DEFAULT STATE AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the BUYER falls into default when making payments by credit card, he/she agrees, declares, and undertakes to pay interest and be responsible to the bank under the credit card agreement between the cardholder's bank. In this case, the relevant bank can resort to legal avenues; may demand the costs and attorney's fees from the BUYER and, in any case, if the BUYER defaults on his/her debt, he/she accepts that he/she will pay the damages and losses suffered by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
